The Barrington Parke swimming pool opens each year on Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day Weekend and closes in September after Labor Day.  The pool is heated from opening day until needed.

  1. Per ADH directive, only 35 people are allowed inside the fenced pool area at a time.
  2. No party reservation calendar will be posted this year. Parties are discouraged, but if they occur, they are on a “first come – first serve” basis. Per Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, such gatherings should be limited to no more than 10 people.
  3. Per CDC guidelines, physical distancing of 6 feet should be maintained between non household members. However, household members may sit closer together and enter the pool together.
  4. Per ADH requirements, Property Owners are expected to know which family members and guests have visited the pool. This information is important in the event contact tracing is required during a COVID-19 outbreak.
  5. Per ADH requirements, Property Owners and their guests are not allowed inside the fenced pool area if:
    1. They have had a fever of 100.4°F or greater in the previous 48 hours;
    2. They have a cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or a recent loss of taste or smell;
    3. They have had contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
  6. Per ADH requirements, Property Owners and their guests are advised they may wish to refrain from entering the fenced pool area if:
    1. They are 65 years of age or older; or
    2. They have underlying health conditions including high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, severe obesity, asthma, or weakened immunity.
  7. These conditions will remain in effect until modified or lifted by the Arkansas Department of Health.

The swimming pool is for Barrington Parke property owners and their guests.  Lifeguards are not provided.  Unaccompanied minors must be 14 years or older to use the pool.

General pool rules are posted on the south fence and all residents are responsible for adhering to them and encouraging others to do the same.

Pets, food, and diapers are not allowed in the pool.

Please do what you can to keep our pool area looking great and encourage others to do the same.
